Inspired by the melancholy tracks on Anouks album: "Sad Singalong Songs" Dana Nechushtan developed four shorts films, all connected by a single theme, yet each telling it's own dramatic story. 'Sad Singalongs' is a visual unity of four titles, each echoing the strong emotions and dramatic expressions of Anouks compositions. In 'Pretending' we discover how a soon-to-be groom travels back in time, exposing his affairs. 'The Good Life' tells the story of a young man making a gruesome discovery about himself. In 'Kill' a wife and mother is making a painful sacrifice by hiding the truth, while 'Birds' is a primaballerina's dark fairy-tail.
