SARAH'S ROOM is a very low budget British indie drama with a few fantasy touches. It's a bit of a chore to sit through, a film seemingly designed to test the patience throughout, containing as it does half a dozen cast members who interact but otherwise do very little. The story is centred around a lodger and the problems her presence brings. Aside from some basic stabs at characterisation and repeated scenes of couples making out, very little happens here other than a brooding guy sitting around in his house.
