The film's ''Winhanganha'' title is an indigenous Australia Aboriginal Wiradjuri word which loosely translates into the English language as ''remember, know, think''.
The film features early audio recordings through to contemporary footage and including television, feature films, sports
programmes and music videos.
Jazz Money was the finalist, recipient and winner of the National Film and Sound Archive's RE/Vision Commission Project which invited and commissioned a female Australian Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander creative to build a new work from the Australia's national digital audio-visual collection at the National Film and Sound Archive of Australia (NFSA).
