A nice journey from the high of a skyscraper and the talk with Keiko Aoki in the floating restaurant about how to behave with Japanse people to Kamakura (the excursion with Maggie, the meeting with the painter, the Shintoist temple, the beach and the surfers) and the Senso-Ji temple of Tokyo (the entrance by the Kaminarimon-Thunder Gate-, the offering of incense and the souvenirs shops) passing by the public park of Yoyogi-Koen (the artists, the eccentric girls), by Ginza (the kimono shop, Sophie wearing a visit kimono), by Minato-ku (the Nô theater, the Nô master explaining this Japanese theater), by Shibuya (the games centers - a way forget the stress of the day-, the shops where girls rent dresses and have a photo session, the !Alcatraz bar). Besides we see zooms about the life of the generations in Tokio (the childhood, the secondary private school, the university, the salary-men and the retirement) and about the neighborhood of Yanaka (Mrs Kaneko and her nephews preparing and selling spices made from seaweeds, fishes and fruits, Kazuo and the "sento"-bathhouse- and the temple, center of the neighborhood).
