In the final scene between Cordelia and Fiona, when Cordelia enters the room and sits down in the chair, she is wearing a chunky-heeled pump, shortly after it cuts to a shot of her wearing ankle strap stilettos, where they remain for the remainder of the episode.
Given that the "descent into the nether world" was the most dangerous of the Wonders, it would have made more sense for it to be the final test, when some of the candidates may already have been disqualified, so fewer lives would be at risk.
Madison could have easily defended herself or escaped using any of her powers when Kyle attacked her.
At approximately 7:13 Kyle Spencer is standing behind Myrtle and Cordelia while holding a tray of goblets filled with red wine. Kyle (Evan Peters) begins twitching and screwing his nose up in an attempt to scratch an itch on it. This appears to be an actual itch on the actor's nose not on the character's nose because none of the characters comment on it as the camera slowly pans in for a close-up of Myrtle Snow (Frances Conroy).
While Misty Day is in her hell, the young boy calls the teacher "Mr. Kringley," when it is supposed to be "Mr. Kingery." This mistake is corrected in Season 8 when Kyle goes to hell to retrieve Misty's soul.
