Good Music Live was written, shot, and edited within a span of 72 hours for Gavilan College's annual 72 Hour Film Competition. The specific parameters given to contestants for the challenge were for each entry submitted to have a character named "Jeronimo," a fortune cookie as a prop, and the phrase, "What the hell is a gigawatt?"
