Happy Thanksgiving . . . or else
Mr-Fusion11 September 2017
An '80s series like this, that DeLorean had to show up at some point, which means plenty of loving shots of the gull-winged beauty. Not to mention seeing it roll backward down the street and end up comically disfigured.

This is a story of brothers coming together, whether it's in burying the hatchet (Murray and Marvin) or in competitive living room sports (Adam and Barry). I'd seen this trope (the idiot brother) elsewhere - Scrubs, for one - and I think that that's why I ended up missing the car after awhile.

Not a complete turkey

Warning: Spoilers
Plot; Bev tries to organize the perfect Thanksgiving, but Murray's shiftless brother complicates matters.

Amusing turn by guest star Dan Fogler--particularly the subplot involving his new DeLorean--helps lift otherwise middling holiday episode.

Stop Arguing & Start Thanking

Dan Fogler - star of JK Rowling's cow milking dry 'Fantastic Beasts' franchise- guests as a Murray's wacky brother, a character type we've seen done to death on lots of other shows. And better.

That pretty much sums up a bit of a dud episode of the show, written by Lew Schneider (of 'Everybody Loves Raymond' writing fame) who can do better than this.

Yet again they can't find anything overly interesting for Erica to do, and while this isn't bad so say, it just all amounts to not the best episode.
