In Cambodia, an organization is working anonymously against child sex tourism. They collect and investigate evidence, and warns street children for the sex tourists. In South Sudan the demand for sex has created an extensive market involving perpetrators such as ex-soldiers, aid workers and businessmen. A woman is unwaveringly helping child after child to escape the life in the brothels.
While No One Is Watching depicts the commercial sexual exploitation of children in all its guises. The film narrates the fight against sexual violence through the stories of the children, the police and the organizations.
