- A a Woman breast's are visible as she is sucked into the ground.
Violence & Gore
- Mitch is sucked into the sand. We see blood come out of his mouth and his limbs are then bloodily sucked in and torn off. Then his guts are pulled out which is extremely graphic and gory (although the CGI is awful so none of this looks realistic.) Then the sand pulls him in leaving just a bloody spot on the sand.
- Gilbert is sucked into a trash can and eaten by the sand monster. Blood spurts out and we see blood on his mouth before he dies also
- Beach Patrol Alex has his limbs sucked in by the sand. Lots of blood spurts out and gory
- Vance has his face eaten by the sand. His face is very fleshy and his eyeball gorily rolls out. This may be the most gory scene in the movie beside mitch's death.
- Jonah has his stomach sliced open by the sand monster's tentacle. Pus is shown. Spoiler: Later this character dies from his injuries.
- This movie may not be scary to some children because of the Terrible CGI used in this movie, Real Blood is way thicker than the blood in the movie
Profanity
- One character (who is african american) says "my mom told me not to bring my black ass to this motherf---ing beach!"
- Some "bitch". "ass" "f" words. (A couple with with "mother.")
