I first saw this just under a year ago, and I was simply blown away with it. It has a compelling story line that grabs you from the first scene, with an outstanding star-studded cast (a former world boxing champion and a member of one of the biggest movie franchises ever, to name a few.) A late 80s early 90s London setting was a recipe for excellence. A never before look at 'The cardboard city of 90s London' gives a thought-provoking look at how one act of desperation can change the lives of a family, friends and community. But not just as clichéd as one may think... I look forward to further productions from an excellent debut from an up and coming writer/producer Andrew Nolan

Fantastic, a must see!

A very good short film, with a great story line to boot. I thoroughly enjoyed it. With so much emotion and pain packed into a 20+ minute film, 'Tax City' is definitely a must see!
This short film managed to actually ignite my brain into thinking about the complex life's and backgrounds of people I pass every day, without even a second glance. A Fantastic short film!
This is truly a must see short film.
