When Kaisariani One rushes to the fire, the biker seen from inside the car, is not there when we see the car from the outside.
When Kaisariani One talks to Firepost on the radio, the voice of the Kaisariani One Crew is heard on the Firepost radio (Lefteris Georgaras) when in fact we see the Kaisariani One Driver talking on the car radio (Michalis Georgaras).
In the very last shot, when the Kaisariani One Driver lets the Firepost Operator know that they have arrived and that they are about to commence operations, the Firepost Operator answers "Roger." But the actual voice on the radio is that of Lefteris Georgaras, the Kaisariani One Crew who is inside the car we see on screen.
We see through the helmet camera of Kaisariani One Driver when in fact he is seen not wearing a helmet.
After Kaisariani One drops off Delta 26 and talks to Firepost on the radio, the radio created interference with the recording equipment during transmission, so all of the outgoing lines inside the car had to be recorded again later that night inside the EDDK van! (ADR)
