- A deer is shot with an arrow and mortally wounded. This was done in sport, as one of the men says they have plenty of meat at home and moves to leave it suffering. The other man doesn't want to leave it there dying so he slits it's throat to kill it.
- As expected there is lots of blood & Gore.
- A man is impaled by an arrow in the back of his head and out in his cheek.
- A woman cycles through barbed wire that slices her eyes in half. Later "Three Finger" comes and decapitates her.
- An old lady gets stabbed in the stomach and pinned to the wall. A man comes and snaps her neck.
- A police officer gets impaled in the stomach and later in the head, the arrow comes out on his mouth.
- While having sex, a man gets smashed in the head with a heavy small statue. This does not kill him but he has a very graphic, deep wound in his head, which we see for an extended amount of time. His girlfriend dies when the cannibals rip her legs from her body and having a machete in the throat.

- A man is captured and have his throat slit by Three Finger with bloodletting visible and the cannibals drink his blood which was drain out. Then he was disemboweled by Three Finger cause his entrails to fell out thus his entrails was eaten by cannibals. This is shown in graphic part and definitely the most goriest scene in the film.
