- Liv wears a dress that's a tiny bit low-cut. During a flashback, some women on the boat are sitting in a hot tub, wearing bikinis. There's a brief photo of the murder victim behind some text when a person shows the detective some information. The photo is of her chest, and she is wearing a very revealing/saggy top. It's revealed that she was an escort/callgirl. Later, when they go to her apartment, the detective says, "Do you know how many people I'd have to sleep with to afford this place?" There are other suggestive photos of women on the website Tatiana's picture is on, and those photos are shown briefly at other points during the episode. There is little clothing on the women on the pictures, though there is no full-frontal nudity. At one point, Liv is watching a fitness program on TV. The women are in short shorts and sports bras. During a narration, Liv says, "I can't have sex." Liv is shown briefly wearing only her underwear and a shirt.

- Liv wakes up with a trio of red semi-deep scratches on her arm. Liv is shown holding a brain and putting it in a bowl. There is visible blood. She then empties portions of the brain into a container with noodles, pours some sauce on it, and eats it. Some footage of a zombie video game is shown. There is a moderate amount of blood and carnage.

- Liv's partner says something about an "anterior rectus sheath contusion." on a body. He then says "How old were you when you first touched a boob?" Liv tells the detective, "We need to find whoever did this and nail his a** to the wall." She then calls that person a "psychotic b******." Liv calls herself an "alabaster bada**." To which Ravi responds, "We've gone way beyond bada**."

- At the very beginning of the episode, a man is wheeled into a hospital on a stretcher, and Liv jabs him in the right lung with a syringe and pulls out the plug to restore his breathing. There is no blood or gore. There are a few brief scenes on a boat with a bunch of zombies attacking humans. They break glass and run around trying to kill people. The boat is on fire, and a woman is holding on to the top of the mast. One of the zombies gets shot in the head with a harpoon gun. No blood is shown, but the zombies have a frightening appearance with bloodshot eyes.
