The first match is Diesel defending the Intercontinental Championship against Lex Luger. Mabel squashes Austin Steele. Todd Pettengill gives the SummerSlam Report. Owen Hart dominates Reno Riggins. Thurman Plugg runs over George South. We are shown an extended package about the Undertaker. Bam Bam Bigelow destroys Gary Sabaugh. The show ends with Jim Ross interviewing Ted DiBiase. A pretty dull episode.
