Riddle me this, riddle me that, what’s the deep, dark secret of the Bat? After last issue‘s cliffhanger, we’re getting closer to finding out what damaged the Dark Knight forever. However, Batman #26 is mostly about the Joker and the Riddler, as they plunge Gotham into a new chaos.
Now that the Clown Prince of Crime and Edward Nigma have beef, Gotham is stuck in the middle of their feud and suffering as a result. Anyone who gets in their way gets put down, while the rest of the villains must choose which side they’re on – think of it as the rogues’ own civil war. Seemingly, Batman and the Gcpd are powerless in the whole situation, as the bodies pile up and the war heats up. In fact, the list of victims on the last page is pretty frightening to see.
As expected,...

Edward Nygma has finally found his footing in Gotham, but it's a slippery slope.
He presumably killed his best friend and we can't imagine it's going to be easy to live with that. Oswald was all he had, so what will he do now?
Will he try to become the new King of Gotham?
Barbara and Tabitha probably won't like that at all and will probably fight for that title.
Here is the official synopsis for Gotham Season 3 Episode 15, "How the Riddler Got His Name":
"Nygma convinces himself that he doesn't need Penguin to succeed and begins to introduce himself to Gotham as "The Riddler." Bullock and Lucius Fox get caught up in Nygma's mind games, while Gordon learns troubling news about his father's death. Meanwhile, the Court of Owls reveals its next move."
Sounds like it's going to be a crazy hour! Check out the photos and speculate away!

Riddle me this, riddle me that, who's afraid of the big, black bat? That would be Adele. The British superstar received quite the fright during a recent performance at Mexico City's Palacio de los Deportes, which seats some 25,000 people: A bat flew in mid-show. "There's a bat!" she yelled onstage, flapping her arms, as seen in a video posted on Twitter by H Ramos (@Hect). "There's a bat there and it landed by your head!" she continued, pointing at a spot in the audience. "It landed right by your head! Oh my God, it's a f--king bat. Welcome to Mexico. It's true, I'm happy to be here, but a f--king bat,...

Now this is the Power I have come to know and love.
Things were a little slow to start this season, but Power Season 3 Episode 3 really put some things in to motion. And we got the reunion so many fans have been clamoring for. It may not have gone as planned, but wasn't it nice to see the former best friends sharing the screen together?
Let's just talk about what I assume was supposed to be a somewhat shocking reveal first. Kanan is alive and holed up in DC with one of the scariest women I've ever seen on TV. Seriously though, Laverne is Scary.
A character that just rolls up and shoots two people in cold blood could be corny under some circumstances, but Laverne was cold and calculating and she clearly struck fear in everyone around her.
There seems to be a super weird dynamic between Kanan and...

Seven random thoughts on a post-Valentine’s Day afternoon.
I’ve started to measure time in “DC Comics Reboots.” Usually about four years, give or take. In other words, if Abe Lincoln used that designation his most famous speech with have started “21 DC Comics Reboots ago…” Yes, I know DC insists it’s not a reboot, despite cancelling and replacing their entire superhero line with new versions of the same old thing. And I suppose Superman doesn’t have a Big Red S.
O.K. Jughead is asexual – although I’d bet he won’t be in the CW teevee series. But I ask you this: did Kevin Keller out him by saying so in public at Riverdale High? Don’t get me wrong; that was a great scene and it feels as though the revelation was common knowledge. But, like Martha and Joe before me, I hadn’t thought...

Riddle me this – why remake Cabin Fever, a cult-classic that demands no update, and furthermore, why use the Same stinkin’ script? It’s only been 15 years since Eli Roth launched his gory brand through this little creepshow, and each victim’s festering wounds still hold up surprisingly well against today’s effects, both indie and mainstream.
Granted, Roth does lodge a producing credit, so new director Travis Zariwny is in good graces, but original ideas are already disappointingly scarce enough. There’s no plausible reason to throw a movie we’ve already seen into the 2016 horror mix. No matter how trivial both sequels might have been, at least they attempted something Different. Don’t believe the marketing campaign for Cabin Fever (2016), and its claims that new kill sequences revamp Roth’s infectious brainchild. This is the ultimate remake cash-grab, in the most unnecessary of ways.
Do I need to run a plot recap here?...

Riddle me this: When did Family Matters become the most relevant show on television?
VideosFirst Look: Family Matters Stars Reunite in Lifetime’s Flight Before Christmas
On the same night that Lifetime’s The Flight Before Christmas reunited timeless lovers Carl and Harriette, Saturday Night Live also planned to air a sketch inspired by the classic ’90s sitcom. Unfortunately, only one of those events made it to air.
SNL‘s sketch was cut for time, and after watching it, you’ll know why. The awkward, mostly laugh-free, parody found Kyle Mooney, Beck Bennett and Ryan Gosling playing people loosely...

Riddle me this folks... I rewatched "Predator 2," after stumbling upon it while flipping through cable TV channels a couple of days ago; I've seen the movie a dozen times, but it never gets old. It's not what I'd call award-winning material, but it's a good genre flick that doesn't pretend to be anything more. I couldn't find any info on its budget to compare to how much it made at the box office ($57 million cumulative worldwide gross, not adjusted for inflation), so I really can't say how well it did well, financially. But I'm inclined to believe that it's had a much more successful life on the home video market (DVD/VOD) than it did in theaters, even becoming...
