I adore Gotham already but no episode yet has been a classic just very good but I have to say at last this show has become a real top series thanks to this fabulous episode that sees a origin story for super villain Jonathan Crane a.k.a The Scarecrow,a great meeting between so called enemies Falcone and Maroni, wonderful chemistry with Bruce and Alfred and quite possibly the best face to face meeting since Al Pacino and Robert De Niro in Heat as mega Batman villains Penguin and Riddler(or Oswald and Edward)squared each other up and as any mega fan of the Batman stories like I am this gave me goosebumps as though it was less than a minute it was just incredible and sets up future seasons.
Also for anyone who moans about them changing things in this compared to comic book plots get a life as Gotham is trying something different and I thought people like them changing things and not copying for example we have never seen(unless you count comic book)a origin story for The Scarecrow before and it was superb and can't wait to see more of him as he is one of my favourite Bat villains especially in the Arkham video games and Batman Begins.
Best episode by a mile and this series has gone to another level now.
