There's nothing like seeing a plan backfire; it's Sitcom 101. And that's at the heart of 'Van People' (a good horror movie title if ever there was one). First, Adam's attempt at class clown via stand-up, and Erica's and Barry's scheme to thwart Murray's rules by buying their own van. If all this episode had going for it was Barry singing the A-Team theme behind the wheel, it'd be a riot. But the laughs seemed to come from all directions.
