That is the problem with "high-concept" projects like this one - the creativity that went into the original germ of an idea is not continued or developed throughout the realization of the final feature.
Dorcel's new big star Lola Reve toplines as one of the thrill-seekers who take up the offer to vicariously experience life in stir and the degradation that can go with it, by signing up for three days incarceration in a special Eastern European prison. What transpires is sex of the kind usually found in a Bodilis/Dorcel adventure, with only a tiny bit of BDSM thrown in.
But the gritty location, documentary style filming technique, and new cast (femmes are not the workhorses of the Dorcel stable: Polina, White, Kate or even Jinkcego) give PRISON an intriguing cachet. Lola Reve is a distinctly different Dorcel leading lady, short, blonde, slim (almost flat-chested!) and personable, and watching her have group sex with big- dicked studs and being mildly abused by evil role-playing femme prison guards was interesting.
Bodilis explains that his personal fetishes and concepts were reserved for the guards, as these femmes have short skirt uniforms, black hose & garter belts and high heels to give the loyal fans a visual break. Prisoners in orange jump suits are not interesting, but they shed their clothes for sex.
This format became boring when no new ideas complemented the requisite number of sex scenes. We have group sex, anal sex, lesbian sex and voyeurism, but except for Mike Angelo in bondage when a femme services him there is almost no kink - disappointing in context of a porn video titled PRISON. Besides Lola, the head guard Alexis Crystal is a scene stealer, and second guard from Spain, Ferrera Gomez, is the best looking actress in the picture and limber in the humping department. Confusingly, a blonde actress named just Lola is cast as a fellow 3-day inmate: she looks like the star Lola Reve except taller and with good-sized tits.
