- There are brief depictions of female full frontal nudity in the film.
- In a scene, a man looks through a stack of photos and sees a photo showing female lower body nudity and another photo showing a woman's bare breasts.
Violence & Gore

- A young woman is shown being shot in the back by a man wielding a shotgun. He then proceeds to douse her in gasoline and burn her alive.
- A junkie describes a house where people were given drugs in exchange for having sex with each other, then the owners of the house watched and would kill people and sacrifice them while forcing the junkies to watch.
- A man grabs a scalpel and holds another man hostage. A doctor walks up to him, trying to convince him to put the knife down, but the man stabs him in the neck, blood spurting out of the wound.
- A doctor was seen briefly with the skin of his face torn apart and kept on a basin. The face was covered in blood and a bit deformed.
- A monster is violently killed by a group of men. Part of it is blown off by a sniper rifle, and it is also hacked apart with axes, in the process decapitating a man previously wrapped up in tentacles. Tons of blood and gore shown.
- The film contains several impactful scenes depicting bloody violence and gore.
- In one prolonged sequence, three men are attacked by numerous deformed monstrosities and alien-like creatures. In this sequence, dismembered and mutilated human bodies are strewn across what seems to be a torture chamber. A human-like creature slams its head into a metal rod several times and a gaping hole in its head can be seen.
- In another scene, a man is captured by a monster and his head is slammed repeatedly on the ground.
- There are scenes where characters are attacked by creatures which use their tentacles to burrow into the victims' eye sockets and torsos, where closeup shots of the bloody injuries are visible.
- One scene which shows a deranged woman cutting off strips of skin from her face, and another scene during the cold open where a young woman is shot in the back, doused in gasoline, and burned to death.

- About 60 of 'fuck' and 13 of 'shit' as well as a few uses of 'goddamn', 'damn', and 'slut'
- A nurse was called slut.
- The film contains some use of coarse language. It contains the words 'fuck' and 'motherfucker'.
