Murphy's law.
Anything that can go wrong will. This episode follows the style of season 1 episode 6 and season 2 episode 7. There is one central location, and several of the clones as well as several of the other characters are there and trying to achieve their own agenda. But to do that, they have to duck, dodge, and weave around everyone else and what they know.

Some usual staples of episodes like this are clones being mistaken for each other, someone discovering the conspiracy by seeing two at once, and everything generally going wrong. The centerpiece of this one was the two sides of Alison's plan going wrong. She mixes up the drug dealing and campaigning folders, leaving Donnie with angry drug dealers and Alison simultaneously dealing with freeing Donnie, placating her mother, satisfying Cosima (who wants her urine), and dealing with the campaign (photo shoots, speeches, etc).

Every season, the web of these episodes gets more complex and intense. This episode lived up to that marvellously. With that comes the inherent risk that it will get confusing, but luckily it was very well handled by the directors and writers.

After the intensity of the last episode, this is toe curling tension of a different nature

"Community of Dreadful Fear and Hate" is a much lighter episode than its predecessor, replacing "life or death" drama with more comedic but, nonetheless, toe-curling tension, revolving mainly around Alison and her attempts to win the school election whilst kickstarting her new drug empire.

There's a lot to enjoy here, especially the short-sighted Cosima having to double for Alison. The stakes are lower this time but it's still a nail biting scenario.

9 out of 10.

[9.1] The supergirls that took the world by storm

Another smooth episode with less seriousness action-wise and more comical situations, stunningly performed by Maslany's characters mainly Allison and Cosima. You don't see the time passing, you hold on to Allison's candy face with her marvelous speech on school family and Cosima's concerned looks and distraught thoughts.

Above the episode's writing and direction, it's the main actress who shines out and whose stunning job is nothing short of amazing.

Standing ovation!

Warning: Spoilers
This episode begins with Helena and Sarah, they are chilling at a bar. Siobhan enters the bar. Donnie took the wrong envelope to the drug deal. Helena knocks Siobhan in her face. Alison tells to Felix that she ans Donnie are dealing drugs. Cosima gives a speech at school dressed up as Alison. The real Alison takes place, she gives a brilliant speech. Cosima tells to Shay that she has a serious health issue. Solid Episode of Orphan Black Season 3, this episode was dissapointed if i compare it with the previous episode.

Worst episode of the show

Warning: Spoilers
This episode (3.7) was a tarnish on an otherwise great show. It is the only episode written by Shelly Smith, a consulting producer for season 3. The brain karate I had to perform to overlook the convoluted plot devices was exhausting. Having almost skipped it I can say it's still work watching Sarah, Helena, and Mr. S. Scenes, but even those could have been written better. It felt like the show only had nine episodes written and so someone had to write a fluff episode so they could have ten episodes.

The episode is mainly an Ashely episode that revolves around a contract signing, a drug deal and a campaign event. That's the first thing you have to ignore. Who would have scheduled those on the same day? Let alone a soccer mom.

Then we are led to believe that the drug dealer takes Donnie hostage because they had the wrong envelope. Most drug dealers aren't that sketchy. Maybe a drug cartel boss but even then, he would have taken Ashley hostage.

Next up Cosmia decides to show up to up to the campaign event where Ashley-her clone-is a candidate. Isn't Cosmia the smart one? If that wasn't bad enough, she ends up stumbling into a situation where she needs to impersonate Ashley. This would have been more believable if she wasn't wearing glass and didn't have dread locks hanging out of her knit cap. Are the folks in that city that inept?

While there were many more gaffs the worst one that completely takes you out of the story is Cosima's attempt at a campaign speech where she immediately resorts to speaking about being a Lesbian. Really? How does that make any sense? Then Ashley arrives to take over and when they swap out Ashley just proceeds to do her speech. So, everyone just forgot about what Cosima said? Ugh.

There were a few thing that redeemed this episode so I couldn't give a 1 star, but ultimately you could skip this episode and catch the details in the next episode's recap.
