- Lots of frightening/intense scenes: there is a bad guy, Languidere, who wreaks havoc on the kingdom and traps Glinda the Good in a painting (she disguises herself as the queen and manipulates West to do the same)... Also some people get turned into ornaments and that is sad but most of them get saved in the end... Evil seems to be winning, until it is turned away by the good!!!
