Phenix, Weld 15, Emino, Madou, Klay Bbj. are rappers, and Tunisians. After the fall of the Ben Ali regime, they believed that they now had the right to say everything, that the revolution had left them freedom of expression. As they denounced the dictatorship, they now openly criticize the new elected government and a corrupt system that is slow to reform. Because they demand social justice, their discourse is disturbing, so much so that they fall victim to unprecedented repression: arrested in the middle of a concert, sentenced to prison for their texts, harassed daily by the police - This film is an intimate road movie, at the time when the rapper Weld 15 is on the run, awaiting his trial. I cross with him and his friend Phenix, Tunisia from the popular suburbs south of Tunis to the desert plateaus in the center. Artists, activists, ordinary citizens, they tell me their dreams and their hopes: between bitter observation, desire for revolt and thirst for freedom.
