This film, sponsored by a Paris utility, was projected onto the facade of the Palace of Light at the 1937 Paris World's Fair. The short was presented in Hypergonar Widescreen, an early version of Cinemascope, on a screen 60 meters wide and 10 meters high. The two synchronized projectors presented two anamorphic widescreen images joined at the center, similar to the three screen Cinerama process. A third projector provided the soundtrack.
This animated short was the first wide screen color film.
