- David's first date with Luisa fails. Nils learns that his son tends to be criminal. Hildegard refuses to support André in the election campaign. Friedrich's speeches out of his heart during the press meeting.
- David doesn't want to marry with Luisa. Beatrice tries to convince him to do that. Luisa wants Hermann to be buried in Bichlheim but she can't discuss it with Beatrice because Beatrice blames her for Hermann's death. Friedrich is prepared to ask Beatrice. David drinks some spirits and hears himself as a young kid calling for his dad to wake up. When he drank enough he offers Luisa his apologies for what he said to her this morning. He invites her to drink coffee with him and his mother. Beatrice gives Friedrich her OK for Hermann's local burial. She offers Luisa her excuses for the false accusation and hopes they will be friends. Sebastian sees them together like friends. Luisa thinks she misjudged David in the beginning. Next day: Sebastian tells her he saw them and he doesn't trust David. David calls her to ask her to go to the lake together. There he reveals her that his father died when he was four years old. She feels insulted when he compares her with a guy without legs. Luisa doesn't appear on her work later that day. Hotel manager Werner finds flaws in Beatrice's work as head of housekeeping and tells her that despite of the death of her fiancée, this shouldn't happen. David comes back and he wants to quit project Luisa. He doesn't want to misuse her vulnerability. Beatrice reminds him that he can be icy cold like he was while shooting his father. Nils and Norman tell Werner the idle story that there was a marten under his car. Werner thanks Norman for it with money. Norman invites Nils for a tennis match. Nils shows him a photo of Norman's grandfather Curd. Normal thinks he is cool but Nils makes him clear that Curd regrets his criminal past. Norman tells Nils he didn't pass the police exam. Nils talks with Michael about Norman and gets the idea to ask the police after a practical for Norman. Norman is happy with that and Nils feels satisfied. Norman invites him to a joyride with Werner's car. Hildegard is back from her spa holiday. Alfons informs her about Hermann's death and the mayor election. Hildegard refuses to help André during the election because he uses favoritism for his campaign. He promises her to talk with the management for a higher wage and less labor time for her. She refuses to support him because he is a little scoundrel. Friedrich is nervous for his first press meeting as mayor candidate. A photographer makes pictures of Werner and André during the meeting. Friedrich forgets his written speech and holds a speech out of his heart. Werner cheers his competitor André up.—B. Dijkhoff
