When Agent Weller is yelling at Jane for letting the suspect get away from them at the mini mall, his communications earpiece alternates being in and out of his ear.
According to this episode, the Navy is significantly interested in recruiting violent felons with no sense of morality to be SEALs, and their suspects were picked up by the Navy from jail. In reality, persons with felonies are rarely allowed into the armed forces, and certainly not as repeat offenders. No one would ever be taken directly from prison to boot camp.
When the robbers are storming the hospital, Agent Mayfair orders them to hold back and not enter the hospital until SWAT arrives. However, since the Columbine massacre of 1999, law enforcement procedure in response to an active shooter is to enter the building and engage the shooter as soon as possible in order to stop them from hurting more people.
One of the main suspects is said to have been diagnosed by a psychiatrist with "utter amorality and inherent violence." There are no such diagnoses per any versions of the DSM, which controls diagnoses of psychiatric disorders. These apparent traits are instead symptoms of other disorders, such as antisocial personality disorder. A psychiatrist would most likely not even use the term "psychopath," though this is possible.
When discussing the international investigation into the robbers they are chasing, several of the agents discuss an Interpol file being "three inches thick" as if that is a significant quantity of information. In reality, most Interpol (and FBI) files grow to several inches thicker than that, and must be contained in large boxes. Three inches of paper is only slightly thicker than the average ream. The agents should know this, and should be remarking about how little information there is given the number of heists.
After the suspect escapes from the team at the mini-mart, Patterson lists the items that he had purchased. One item she lists is a pre-paid cell phone, but the suspect had re-entered the store asking about the phones after making his purchase then ran out the back. He never bought the phone.
