This was a made for TV series. The film opens up with Kevin (Sam Vegas) getting bad news in the words, "Do you know what out sourcing is?" He has a severance package and has recently discovered basketball, something he has never played before. He joins a men's league that contains people of various skill level. The teams don't seem to have a season, just a tournament where ringers can be brought in at any time. The film shifts to the lives of the different characters on the court and the issues they have to deal with such as AA and the death of a brother.
There was very little basketball action. Basket games were not shown in any detail. The film was more of a drama than having anything to do with sports and not exactly the comedy it is being sold for.
