Intelligent comedy

So funny with no cheap tricks, just great writing, effective story lines, wonderful acting.

As with all great comedy thought provoking as well. The idea is completely original and surprising. No spoilers, however the show often takes a different direction than one might think.

Beware, if you start you will get sucked in and have to finish the season in one sitting. I sat down to watch a quick episode and could not stop. Completely addicted from the first show.

I highly recommend this modern quality comedy and am myself waiting impatiently for the second season!!!

Killer Show: Funny and Relevant

You might remember Keith Powell as Toofer on 30 Rock. It looks like he actually had more business being cast as a writer in that show than we imagined.

The first episode I watched of Keith Broke His Leg starts off with Keith with his Broken Leg at home in his house in LA. It beautifully and hilariously sets up the thwarted rage that goes along with a life of hobbling around on crutches. But then the episode goes to a whole other level, rare in my experience of web series, bringing in a racist dog walker. The light comedy suddenly down shifts into poignant and powerful. Anybody know the name of this episode??

Keith Broke His Leg. I Broke Out in Laughter

There are some really bad web series out there in the world.

This is not one of them.

A friend (who is an actor I adore and respect) recommended this series to me. I clicked play because I trust her taste, but I kept coming back for more because the episodes themselves were hilarious and addicting.

I love the quality, the content and most of all the actors. I'm a sucker for original stories, what can I say.

I made sure to ration my viewing to make it last.

Now I seriously want to hunt Keith down and force him to help me with my own web series. He and his team obviously know how to create a hit.

Well done, folks!
