R&b singer-songwriter Chris Brown is back in the news, and it’s still nothing to write back home about. This time he is on for calling out rapper Quavo in his latest track, Weakest Link. Like the latest ongoing rapper-feud between Drake and Kendrick Lamar, the media and fans are becoming privy to yet another duo taking shots at each other.

Chris Brown, who is no stranger to making headlines related to assault allegations, called out Quavo, whose clip of an elevator fight with his ex-girlfriend, rapper Saweetie, is going viral. Back in 2021, the ex-couple’s altercation was caught on a CCTV inside an elevator. Since Brown’s release, fans are looking back on the incident, with everyone having their own thoughts on it.

Now, that’s a unexpected crossover — but we’re high-key living for it. Machine Gun Kelly performed at Mad Cool Festival on Thursday, and early in his set, he surprised fans by singing a cover of none other than Don Omar’s smash reggaetón hit “Danza Kuduro.”
“Spain, thank you so much for welcoming me to your country. I can feel all the love here today,” Mgk told the crowd in near-perfect Spanish. (He even used the vosotros verb conjugation used in Spain.) “In return, I’d like to sing...

It’s no secret that Iron Man was Robert Downey Jr.’s Hall-of-Fame comeback story. The actor was labeled a risky casting choice for movie studios prior to the Marvel film for his dodgy past with drugs and incarceration. Director Jon Favreau has been said to have convinced the newly forming Marvel Studios that Downey Jr. would be best for the role. And while most know Kevin Feige as the man behind the superheroes, Variety reports of another former Marvel Studio boss who was integral to putting Robert Downey Jr. in his iconic role.
The former president of Marvel Studios, David Maisel, recently told The New Yorker that Kevin Feige is getting the credit for making the MCU what it is, but none of this would have existed without his contribution. Feige would eventually take over for him as president, and it would cast a shadow over the work that Maisel had done.

This article contains spoilers for the "Barry" finale as well as "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang."
Satire is one of the oldest artistic impulses; to mock and examine whatever systems, order, or supposed truths exist in any given era. Although cinema is a relatively young medium, it's no surprise that an enormous number of satires of the film and television industries have been made nearly since movies began.
HBO's "Barry," which concluded its four-season run this past Sunday night, proudly belongs to this long-standing tradition of biting the hand that feeds it, seeing as "Barry" is a highly cinematic TV series set in and around Hollywood. The grand satiric irony baked into the show's premise is the idea of a professional assassin, Barry Berkman, arriving in L.A. and deciding to try and have an acting career. The latent joke is, of course, that the showbiz world is just as morally...

In Morocco, homosexuality is banned and just one in five citizens find gayness “acceptable,” at least according to a 2019 poll. An Elton John concert twelve years ago broke the law, but was personally approved by Morocco’s king. Still, Grindr thrives, and third-largest city, Tangier, has a decades-long tradition as a haven for LGBT+ culture in North Africa.
Morocco thus makes a fitting setting for British sophomore director Fyzal Boulifa’s challenging melodrama “The Damned Don’t Cry,” a loose remake of Pier Paolo Pasolini’s “Mamma Roma,” which was nominated for the Golden Lion sixty Venice Film Festivals ago. But selectors in this year’s Giornate Degli Autori sidebar program did not place Boulifa’s film out of sentimentality alone. “The Damned Don’t Cry” is excellent, asking tough questions about society and morality without easy answers or neat conclusions. Non-actors populate the cast, performing terrifically, in one of many nods...

Machine Gun Kelly is in love with an emo girl. That girl, of course, is Megan Fox. And now, the time flames are planning a wedding that may match that aesthetic—that is, if they can find the right venue first. When asked by James Corden on Late Late Show when the musician plans on officially tying the knot, he replied that he's still "trying to find a spot" that matches his "artistic" vision. "The location is hard," he explained on the Feb. 24 episode, adding that he'd ideally love for the wedding venue to feature a "red river" and "gothic" elements. In January, the "Kiss Kiss" singer proposed to...

Producing the annual Academy Awards ceremony is a minefield under the best of circumstances, and this year’s producers — Steven Soderbergh, Stacey Sher and Jesse Collins — face an even more formidable challenge in mounting the 93rd Oscars under pandemic protocols on April 25. Not that they need any more unsolicited suggestions, but still, here are a few modest proposals.

Machine Gun Kelly made his name as a Cleveland rapper known for his high-adrenaline rhyming style and occasional beefs with Eminem. But on Tickets To My Downfall he tries a new gambit that works surprisingly well, switching to late-Nineties/early-2000s pop punk, with Blink 182’s Travis Barker producing and playing drums. Trashily lachrymose and full of easily digestible angst, it’s a record festooned with indie-signifying titles “Bloody Valentine” and “Jawbreaker,” though its cover photo of Kelly looking defiant and tortured holding a pink guitar by an empty pool...

Sackhoff first appeared on The Flash back in season 4. Debuting in “Girl’s Night Out,” Amunet ended up starring in five episodes of the season as a recurring antagonist, particularly notable for her rivalry with Caitlin/Killer Frost. She sat out season 5, but she was still mentioned a couple of times. Now, it looks like we can expect the metal-controlling villain to...

Chris Brown's daughter, Royalty, is ready for her first day of school. The 30-year-old singer took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a precious pic of his 5-year-old child celebrating the start of a new year. The Grammy winner's little one was clearly prepared for this next chapter, too. The sweet snapshot showed her wearing a blue school uniform and carrying a bright pink backpack. Of course, her sneakers matched the adorable bag. "My baby['s] first day of school!" the "Kiss Kiss" star wrote on the social network along with a series of heart emojis. "Where has the time gone? So Proud Of You Booboo." The "Look at Me Now" celeb, who is reportedly getting ready to...

Check out the new poster and trailer for action thriller Kiss Kiss, which is written and directed by Dallas King, and stars Natascha Hopkins, Nathalia Castellon, Tamra Dae, and Janey B as four strip club dancers who are forced to fight for their lives by… Robert Wagner. No Not that one!
After a glorious night at the strip club, the film follows four dancers, Kiss (Natascha Hopkins), and her best friends Treasure (Tamra Dae) and Kurious (Janey B) as they are led by newcomer Tia (Nathalia Castellon) to an exclusive wine tasting. A beautiful day turns tragic when they wake up having been seduced by their captor and special forces veteran, Gibson (Robert Wagner), as he orchestrates a fight night that has each girl to battle against Fortune (Kyle Rae) and Dream (Kiersten Hall) to prove that he’s found the perfect serum to enhance a human’s fighting abilities in combat.

"This is warfare..." Cleopatra Entertainment has debuted the first official trailer for an indie action film titled Kiss Kiss, the latest feature made by director Dallas King. Everything about this film makes me feel uneasy, it's the epitome of a male fantasy turned into action sports and it's all so gross to see nowadays. Kiss Kiss is about four strip club "dancers" who go out for an evening of wine, but they end up being tricked and drugged, waking up to discover they're now combatants in an underground fighting contest. Now they must fight for their own lives, and for their freedom. The film stars Natascha Hopkins, along with Tamra Dae, Kylie Rae, Nathalia Castellon, Robert Wagner, Janey Bolina, Julia Farino, John Ross Clark, Nick Denbeigh, Thai Edwards, and Essam Ferris. It looks so bad in every way, but the trailer is free to watch if anyone wants to check this out.
