Did not have a script. The majority of dialogue was improvised.
The initial cut was 8 hours long but was eventually cut to just under 10 minutes.
The cast and crew of the 1996 film had a particular fondness for Bourbon biscuits, a topic which was covered in a documentary on the history of Bourbon biscuits.
Took two days to film.
The Toast man was cut from the first edit as it was felt the theme was too silly.
