- Merle tells Volker she believes he's no murderer, and helps him to reconstruct the hours of his absence during the murder and seeks witnesses. Torben tells Merle he can't help her as a barrister because he already has a client in this case. Henri thinks Volker might be the perpetrator; he gets a quarrel about it with Merle. Edda agrees with Henri. Merle talks with Gunter about Volker. Henri starts to doubts that Volker tried to murder Nora. Philipp tells Stefan what happened. Stefan calls Henri who accuses him of hiring Volker to kill Nora; Stefan makes him clear that Volker would never do that. Arthur thinks that Nora agrees that he is transported to an hospital in Swiss. Nora tells Carla that she has to make Edda clear there will be a new witness protection program for them. Edda struggles against cooperation but gives in later. Carla fears to lose her best friend Nora. Edda moves to her mother because her relation with Henri has ended. Vainly Henri tries to repair it. Edda fetches Arthur from the hospital. He is astonished to hear about the new protection program. Meanwhile Nora receives the ornament and writing he has send her. Udo makes Inge clear that Erika probably is glad to be rid of her sister who always knows better. Erika claims towards Hannes that Inge has too much self-confidence. Udo tells Carla he quits his job in Carlas because he goes to Costa Rica for a long time. Erika confesses Inge her know-it-all sister irritates her. Despite of that they agree they will miss each other. Thomas wants to act against the closed grill wagon. He demands the opening from Carla via a petition.
