- In one mission, There are visible breasts and buttcheeks.
- Some mild nudity can be seen but it is very tame and hardly can be seen.
Violence & Gore

- You must kill everybody in the game who is hostile and you can spare civilians (sometimes). Very gruesome and a lot more gory compared to the original, not recommended for anyone under 18.
- Extremely disturbing this game is not for everyone at all, the objective is not to kill civilians but there is no way of avoiding it every time you you shoot at hostiles civilians will get in the way and its very disturbing and if you don't like seeing stuff like that do not play this.

- Lots of strong language throughout
- The language really is not that bad should not be severe.
- Overall the cursing is not that bad it is just that there is a cheat to play as the "not important guy" he curses alot.

- Very creepy and disturbing loading screens and sound effects. You will likely have trouble sleeping after playing.
- This is not a funny game at and actually can cause nightmares, no exaggeration do not play if you are disturbed easily or get very squeamish.
- Extremely disturbing and should not be play by little kids, the imagery is practically demonic and can actually give you nightmares.
- Postal dudes one liners can be funny but thats it this is pretty much a physiological horror game.
- Ez Mart is beyond disturbing, or messed up, it is literally a store shooting, when you spawn there are innocent people everywhere, and when you start shooting they start scrambling, running away, and screaming, and it looks fairly realistic.
