- Ben gets trapped in a room where all the walls move inwards to crush him. Although he doesn't die, a bone in his leg seemingly rips through his skin as we see later (brief and not too graphic).

- In one of the rooms, Ben and Jason are affected with a toxic and hallucinogenic drug after touching a handle covered in the drug. The antidote is in a hypodermic syringe, to be injected into a muscle.

- A group of 6 people are trapped in a room rigged with extensive heating devices meant to simulate a giant oven. They are very nearly burned to death.
- A group of 5 people are trapped in a room that is suspended 20 stories in air with an empty shaft beneath them. The floor begins to fall away in segments, leaving them in danger of falling.
- Ben is in a room where one wall is pushing towards him, threatening to crush him against the far wall if he doesn't solve a series of puzzles in time.
- Amanda, while in a vent system, freezes and has severe PTSD and has flashbacks about her past/ military experience.
