- 22-year-old Philomena always wonders why she is the only one in the family who likes marzipan and is somehow "different". Just before her parents' silver wedding anniversary, Philomena finds out the reason: her beloved Papa Joos is not her biological father. This came out of a DNA test she took as a practice during her police internship. Now the "Black Sheep" wants to clear the air at the family celebration. Her older sisters, with whom Philomena travels from Munich to the Baltic Sea, have no idea that they are traveling with a ticking time bomb. As always, both are busy with themselves. Businesswoman Laura constantly raves about her fiancé and future family happiness. Kristin, who subordinates everything to her career as a scientist, is unintentionally pregnant - possibly because of a one-night stand with her roommate Rick, an 18th semester philosophy student. He would do anything for Kristin and therefore drives the quarreling sisters through the republic in a scrappy vehicle. While the old conflicts between the daughters flare up again on the way, dark clouds are gathering on the parents' pony farm.—ADR Das Erste
