Flash Legs Tan is the nominal hero of SUNSET IN THE FORBIDDEN CITY, a period slice of kung fu from Taiwan. It's neither the best nor the worst of its type, just one of hundreds of similar productions from that country which have become lost and forgotten over the years. It's quite obviously an emulation of the Shaw model, with devious foes plotting and whiling away their hours while Tan battles henchmen throughout and teams up with an agile granny at one point! Cheesy stuff for sure, not helped by the usual bad dub job.
