Lots of emotions in this episode. Randall slowly breaking down was very believable. And the end was especially amazing and moving. Most of the points are for this. For Kevin giving up the important night of his life to be there for his brother. Unlike when he was a teenager and ignored it. Now we can see how great their relationship is and I wonder what will happen to his play now. The past where we for the first time see a serious problem between Jack and Rebecca is also really well done.

This was so real

Overall another great episode of course, I feel a lot for Randall in this one. It was so real and me sometimes. However it is hard to stand Rebecca, so far she has been quite annoying character whilst Jack has been perfectly awesome.
Very Good, But....

Warning: Spoilers
Rebeccca's musical career is a catalyst here. She has been asked by the leader of the band to go on a five week tour. She proposes it to Jack and he reluctantly agrees. But later he gets all hot and bothered and lacking in trust. Apparently, Valentine's Day has become such a big deal. Meanwhile, Randall is losing a grip. He is loaded with anxiety, literally shaking. Kevin comes to his rescue. He leaves the play before he sets foot on the stage. Is there anyone out there that realizes that he has just betrayed a whole group of people, people whose lives are affected by that play. There is a major reviewer there and a full audience. I know it was nice to hold his brother in his arms and support him,, but he also has done some irreparable damage. Will the writers follow up on this? For me, he is the most tiresome character at times. He also is literally stalking his ex-wife in his self centered bullying way. One comment to another reviewer. The business with Kate and that guy and Toby. I don't see a show like this as propaganda for a cause. This is one character who has been damaged her whole life, making her way. It doesn't speak for every overweight woman and their relationships. She happened to meet an abusive guy at the center.
