Warning: Spoilers
This is a story about a serial killer whose spirit invades a guy who owns a Pacer and he tries to kill wannabe reporter Terri (Cindy Weichbrodt) who apparently was responsible for him getting the world's worst chair.

The film is very low budget and wasn't released in 1989 because Hugh Gallagher (writer/director/producer) thought it was too bad to release. In fact he argued against it being released at all; claims at 62 minutes half of it is filler; and recommends getting a case of beer before watching. Yes, it is that bad and one might argue "so bad it is good" but I won't. He has a poor transfer as if the VHS was played on dirty heads. The special effects were comical. In one scene Terri eludes the killer by using the emergency brake to do a 180. Later the car has loud cylinder noise banging. In one scene we see the words "video calibration" appear.

The film does have a commentary with it. I didn't listen to all of it, but I am convinced a 6 pack and watching the film with the commentary might pass for entertainment. Or you can watch the 20 some trailers with the feature. If given the option of watching this film again or having my eyes gouged out with a hot poker, I would think long and hard before deciding.

Guide: No swearing or sex. Nudity in a magazine and shown in another film being watched.
