The story of Captain America is one of honor, bravery and sacrifice. And we couldn’t agree more.
Ever since Phase One of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Steve Rogers has been a pillar of Marvel’s billion-dollar juggernaut, and it’s often the case that many of its CG-laden installments place Captain America at the crux of the story – like, say, Civil War.
Avengers: Infinity War is really the exception to the rule, given the star-spangled patriot adopted the mantle of Nomad as he took charge of the Secret Avengers and lived his life in exile – only to be pulled back into the line of duty in time for the Battle of Wakanda.
Alas, the Avengers lost, which tees up a pretty fascinating power dynamic going into the as-yet-untitled Avengers 4. But before we get swept up by conspiracy theories and rumored plot details concerning the 2019 sequel, it’s time to...

When Taika Waititi climbed aboard Thor: Ragnarok, part and parcel of the director’s vision involved stripping the Norse god down to the bare bones. No home. No luscious locks. And definitely no hammer.
You can thank Cate Blanchett’s Hela, Goddess of Death, for shattering Mjölnir into a million pieces, but with Thanos looming large, Thor’s next port of call will be to find a new weapon before Avengers: Infinity War kicks off. And that’s where the Guardians come in.
As reported by Screen Rant, the official Super Bowl stinger for Infinity War features a shot of Thor hitching a ride in the Milano. So far, so familiar. But things really start to get interesting when you consider where they ragtag crew is headed. Nidavellir is a safe bet, as it’s home to the Dwarven smiths – and, by effect, Jarnbjorn. So perhaps Star-Lord and Co. can...

Marvel’s star-spangled patriot has enjoyed quite the cinematic journey since his first screen appearance in 2011.
That’s because seven years ago, Steve Rogers was initially introduced as a pathetic, yet deeply patriotic runt, one who wanted to fight for his country no matter the cost. And so, when Project Rebirth began seeking applicants, the young Rogers put his name forward without so much as a second’s hesitation, resulting in the Captain America we know and love.
Of course, he’ll be slightly different in Avengers: Infinity War, as Joe and Anthony Russo plan to bring Chris Evans’ crusader closer in line with Nomad. But as the countdown to Iw continues, Cbm has published a raft of concept art dedicated to Captain America: The First Avenger.

“Evacuate the city. Engage all defenses. And get this man a shield.”
Regardless of whether he stands by Captain America or takes on a new mantle in Nomad, Chris Evans’ McU mainstay is expected to undergo a pretty sustainable makeover when Avengers: Infinity War steamrolls into theaters in May.
There’s the new facial hair, for one, which has led many to assume that Steve Rogers will be embracing the spirit of Nomad, the superpowered vigilante operating on his own accord. And though that may be true, a newly-unveiled merchandise line for Avengers: Infinity War offers up what may well be our first peek at Cap’s new shield.
Ditching the round design of his previous armament, this weapon is seemingly a product of Wakanda’s Vibranium-infused arsenal, and its silver, bland color palette will only fuel rumors of Rogers distancing himself from the Captain America moniker. Other figures spotted in the wild include Spider-Man,...
