Mike Tyson is working on a TV series based on his own life, not as a boxer, but as a marijuana grower on his real-life weed farm. And it’s a scripted comedy — which he will star in.
A collaboration between Tyson and his business partner Rob Hickman, "Rolling With the Punches," is currently shooting at Tyson Ranch office in El Segundo, California, an individual with knowledge of the project tells TheWrap. The source says Tyson is describing the project as in the vein of Larry David’s HBO series "Curb Your Enthusiasm."
"It’s simple. I’m playing a retired boxer who is growing marijuana," Tyson told Page Six "It’s basically me acting like me, so people can get a look at what my life could be like in different scenarios."...

Joseph Gordon-Levitt has been set as emcee for the upcoming “Comedy Central Roast of Bruce Willis.”
“I’ve looked up to Bruce my whole life. I was genuinely honored to work alongside him and, in essence, Play him when we made ‘Looper’ together,” said Gordon-Levitt. “He has treated me with absolutely nothing but warmth and kindness. And so I look forward to mercilessly making fun of him on TV.”
Roasters will be announced at a later date.

The Bruce Willis roast will tape at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles on Saturday, July 14, and will premiere on Sunday, July 29 at 10/9c on Comedy Central.
It will be executive produced by Joel Gallen from Tenth Planet Productions, who also did the roasts of Rob Lowe, Justin Bieber, James Franco, Charlie Sheen, Donald Trump and William Shatner.

Michael B. Jordan is back as Apollo Creed’s son Adonis in the first trailer for “Creed II,” which entered the ring on Wednesday teasing a showdown with another next-generation boxer from the “Rocky” movie franchise: a younger Drago played by Florian Munteanu. Ivan Drago was originally played by Dolph Lundgren in “Rocky IV.”
The older Drago killed Creed’s father in the ring in “Rocky IV.”
