As Rosewood is driving during the introduction scenes just before the opening credits, we see there is a Florida license plate on the front of his GTO. Under Florida Law the vehicle license plate is displayed only on the rear of a vehicle.
Toward the end of the episode, Rosewood says: "No better way to celebrate a victory other than with a tall glass of calcium mixed with a splash of vitamin D". Villa assumes he's referring to milk. In fact, people with kidney failure or kidney disease (like those who need a transplant) have to limit dairy in their diets--dairy is high in phosphorus, potassium, and calcium, all of which are processed by the kidney.
It's possible he's drinking a milk substitute; some are indeed appropriate for kidney patients, but they would not be high in calcium. (In any other show, this might not be a goof, but since he's the Beethoven of private pathologists, he's held to a higher standard.)
