Doggie and Kitty go on an excursion. Kitty gets tired, and tries to hitchhike. One vehicle did not stop. Doggie explains to Kitty why some of the vehicles did not stop, and what the conditions are for a trip on two-wheeled vehicles.
Doggie and Kitty wake up and decide to go to the market. They talk about the traffic dangers on the street, and tell each other how to be a careful pedestrian.
Kitty wants to go to Grandma's on her bike, but meets a puppy who will not go away. Doggie and Kitty continue to learn the cycling rules: what age you should be to go to the market, which rules for left turns. Kitty says it's an excellent lesson.
