• Max Hunter : [reading the deed]  "Hereby we do declare that the ownership of the estate shall be divided between the... the two great families, the Hunters and the Saganashes." Look - there's places for two signatures - Hunter and Saganash.

  Tess Hunter : So both families can sign it.

  Sophie : I'll do it.

  Max Hunter : I told you to stay outside and guard the boy.

  Sophie : Daniel can't go anywhere and there's no sign of the parents. We're so close, Dad.

  [as Sophie embraces her father, she gives the Hunters a knowing wink] 

• Saganash : Give me the deed. Sophie, get the deed.

  [Max spots Daniel sneaking into the house] 

  Max Hunter : Let Anika go or I will destroy it.

  Tess Hunter : I don't know what you're arguing about. The deed says the estate belongs to both families.

  Saganash : You sentimental imbecile. The Hunters have kept from us what is rightfully ours for generations. You won't see another penny, ever!

  Anika Hunter : You know what, Mr. Saganash, didn't you know? Sharing is caring!

  [Anika stomps on Saganash's foot and breaks free from his grasp] 

  Anika Hunter : Run, Max, run!
