  Sophie : Finally, Dad. What took you so long. I've been waiting for hours with these Hunter jerks. Honestly, I wanted to throw myself out of a window.

  Max Hunter : [to Tess]  That's the last time I apologize to *anybody*.

• Max Hunter : [reading the deed]  "Hereby we do declare that the ownership of the estate shall be divided between the... the two great families, the Hunters and the Saganashes." Look - there's places for two signatures - Hunter and Saganash.

  Tess Hunter : So both families can sign it.

  Sophie : I'll do it.

  Max Hunter : I told you to stay outside and guard the boy.

  Sophie : Daniel can't go anywhere and there's no sign of the parents. We're so close, Dad.
