Korean propaganda fare

ALWAYS WORKING TOGETHER FOR THE PEOPLE is an hour-long documentary film from North Korea which is as straight a bit of propaganda as you can get. Made sometime in the 1990s by the look of it, the film explores through endless news footage the relationship between the two leaders of that country, Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il. The halting English narrator provides exploration of the topic and contributes endless praise of these two figures, while the camera follows them as they attend public events and generally celebrate their country's glory. It's a straight communist puff piece that feels a little repetitive at times, but those interested in North Korea will be delighted by it.
