Rita Ora has a lot of TV experience. She hosted America's Next Top Model, and she's been a judge/coach on The Voice and The X Factor overseas. She's great as a host here, barring some borderline inappropriate comments about the contestants, but the judging panel is weak. They're too quiet, and can't even legitimately get out the clichéd lines.
The talent is really, really weak too. Not surprising because they are young and their best years are ahead of them, but most of these kids aren't ready for primetime.
