- This episode begins with Villanelle killing a man in a Berlin kink club; there is some talk of safe words in the waiting room. The victim is told to undress and is strapped to a chair with a hospital gown on. Many gold implements are seen (nothing too graphic, mainly saws and pliers). They discuss his scrotum massage last time and then Villanelle uses a pair of tongs on him under the gown. Only sounds and facial expressions are shown as the treatment goes from nice to excruciating. He dies shortly afterwards.
- Characters discuss the murder in the club; they say he liked having small operations and "having his b*lls clamped".
- Two women kiss; one is married. It looks like they are about to have sex but they don't.
