Season 14, episode 49. Helen and Arne are perplex when Swantje announces that she moves out. Swantje doesn't like it when mama accompanies her to look at a room of a community house. Helen doesn't find this place appropriate in contrast to her daughter. Arne and Helen offer Swantje only their help when she moves to the decent community house of Ben, Theo and Eliane. The sale of the cupcakes, those with new tastes, disappoints; Helen tries to get more grip on the logistic. The authorities reject the request of Timo and Britta to become foster-parents. Timo is also depressed by the fact that his six year old son Finn moves to San Francisco. He notices that Britta's home is here in the Rosenhaus. Is this the end of their relation? Torben suggests Thomas to cooperate in the case of the disposable coffee cups. He demonstrates on the Salzmarkt against all the unnecessary waste. A supplier of recyclable cups offers them full service. On the radio: Thomas promotes the use of it for the benefit of the environment. Jacqueline turns her back on her internet channel but Swantje shows her that the community misses her. Jacqueline learns to separate her own life from that of J.C.; she contacts Patrick again. Ben helps Peer moving away father's stuff. They talk about their adult sons. Ben appears to be the long searched new renter of the shed.
