The show opens with Cocoa Samoa facing jobber Larry Higgens. Then Paul Orndorff faces jobber Frank Monte. Then North American Champion Ted DiBiase defends his title against the Grappler. The next match was supposed to be Bob Roop against jobber Bill Ash, but Roop went to the announcers table to complain about the quality of his opponent and got into a confrontation with Dusty Rhodes and the match never happened. Then we get a competitive match with Mr Olympia battling Ed Wiskowski. Next Bob Sweetan squashes jobber Tony Torres. The show closes with the Samoans facing the Junkyard Dog and Brian Blair.
