Jonathan Morrill sued Virgin Records America for Copyright infringement in 2001, after discovering that several portions of 'Video Marked' were lifted, excerpted, and used in the documentary 'Vieuphoria'.
The producers of 'Vieuphoria' used footage from 'Video Marked' without consent, knowledge, or credit given to Dale Meiners, Ron Roesing, or Jonathan Morrill. A summary judgment was granted in the case.
