Approximately 24 minutes in, a petrol station has a German sign saying 'Petrol Bahnhof'. Bahnhof is German for train station. The correct translation would be 'tankstelle'.
Petrol Station is not translated into Petrol Bahnhof but Tankstelle in the scene that is meant to play in Austria. The sign also reads Geschäft which is, in this context, an improper translation for shop.
The hotel keycard shows the name of the place as "Hotel Das Alpen". It should read "Hotel Die Alpen" or "Das Alpenhotel".
Starfire's first appearance outside of Vienna does not show an Austrian street sign but a German one in the background. It is also clearly obvious that the whole setting isn't in Austria, as the visible road marks show (they should be white, not yellow). Another proof that this isn't Vienna, is the interior of the hotel, as such doors are typical for the USA (or maybe Canada) and aren't used in Europe.
Austrian town Zeiselmauer is around 4 km (2,5 miles) away from Königstetten and not 852 km (530 miles) as stated on the road sign.
Just after the opening credits a bus is shown driving down the road in Detroit, Michigan. It is in fact the 41A Mohawk bus, a bus from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada and is part of HSR (Hamilton Street Railway).
The BMW SUV in "Austria" has turn signals lights on the side of the front bumper, which is not actually the case for the European model of the car but the American one.
When Starfire wakes up in the car, description says she's somewhere near Vienna/Austria. The set crew actually managed to get the right "Viennese" licence plates, but the street signs are clearly German.
