Beautifully simple narrated story about a woman with Asperger's Syndrome in the middle of a funny patchwork situation. In contrast to many German TV productions in this category, this series convinces with a strong actress and imaginative problems of the characters. The patchwork theme in particular is well worked out.

The saga of Ella.

Here we have the beginning of the tribulations of Ella Schoen, a woman with Asperger's syndrome who is now widow, her husband Thomas died and she discovers that her husband had another family. Then the encounter with Christina, the management of the house who belonged to Thomas , her relationship with the children of Christina. For Ella very new problems: she has to take decisions about her life :will she stay in the place or return to her former life in Frankfurt ?
